Thank you for shopping with Archer Beats. This Refunds and Returns Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the sale of beat licenses and any physical merchandise purchased from our website. By making a purchase, you agree to this policy.

1. Non-Refundable Items (Beat Licenses)

All purchases of beat licenses from Archer Beats are final and non-refundable. This policy applies whether or not the content has been downloaded. Due to the nature of digital goods, once a license has been purchased, it cannot be revoked, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

We strongly advise you to carefully review all license terms, preview beats, and ensure the compatibility and suitability of the product before completing your purchase.

Exceptions

Archer Beats reserves the right to determine whether a refund may be granted under extraordinary circumstances. Any exceptions to this policy will be at our sole discretion and must be requested by contacting support@archerbeats.com.

2. Physical Merchandise (When Available)

For physical items such as clothing or other merchandise, the following conditions apply:

a. Return Requests

You must submit a return request to support@archerbeats.com within 7 days of delivery. In your request, include the order number, the reason for the return, and any supporting documentation (such as photos for defective items). We will review your request and notify you of our decision to approve or reject the return.

b. Return Conditions

  • Approval Required: No returns will be accepted without prior approval from Archer Beats.
  • Return Shipping: All shipping costs for returns, including any customs duties or fees, are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Item Condition: The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original tags or packaging intact. We will not accept items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.

c. Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Shipping, Lost, or Stolen Deliveries

a. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for the accuracy of shipping information provided during checkout. Archer Beats is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

b. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once we have handed over your package to the shipping carrier and provided a tracking number, we are no longer liable for lost or stolen deliveries. Any claims for lost or stolen packages should be directed to the shipping carrier. Customers are encouraged to use any available tracking and shipping insurance options to secure their orders.

4. Disputes and Chargebacks

In the event of a dispute over a transaction, Archer Beats will work with you to resolve the issue. However, please note:

  • Any costs incurred in handling disputes, such as chargeback fees or legal costs, will be the responsibility of the customer if the dispute is ruled in our favour.
